Cancellation Policy


The Heights Salon of Brooklyn’s policies are put in place to ensure excellent service for all of our clients. Our cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, and also respects the time of our staff.


Due to the time commitment required for these services, a credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Because appointments are reserved especially for you, a “NO SHOW” or cancellation less than 24 hours prior to appointment will result in the following cancellation fees:

  • Less than 24 hour notice : A charge of 50% of the reserved service amount.
  • No Shows : A charge of 100% of the reserved service amount.


If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, your appointment may be rescheduled. We firmly believe in the value of your time and we make every effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon. If time is critical to your schedule on a particular day, please let us know when scheduling your appointment.


In the event that you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments. However, you may be considered as a walk-in.
